POLICY
SENIORITY
For full-time employees, seniority is the length of continuous service with the AIDS Committee of Toronto (ACT) including service prior to the Union certification date.
For part-time employees, seniority is the number of hours worked since the date of hire by ACT.
A seniority list (updated each July and January) is posted on the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) bulletin board.
