EMPLOYMENT OF RELATIVES/NEPOTISM


The AIDS Committee of Toronto (ACT) may hire immediate relatives* of employees, provided those relatives:

1. do not work in the same program area, and

2. do not work in a supervisory relationship with one another.

* Immediate relatives include parent, child and spouse. A spouse includes a person with whom an employee resides in a common-law, including same sex, relationship.
