HOURS OF WORK/FLEX TIME
The AIDS Committee of Toronto (ACT) has an established work week and work schedule.
Permanent full-time employees (those who work between 22.5 and 37.5 hours per week) are expected to adhere to a work schedule which is approved by their supervisor and which corresponds to a five day work week. The standard work day is 7.5 hours and the standard work hours are 10:00 am to 6:00 pm., Monday through Friday.
Permanent part-time employees (those who work less than 22.5 hours per week) are expected to adhere to a schedule approved by their supervisor.
ACT's regular hours of operation are 10:00 am to 9:00 pm, Monday through Thursday and 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Fridays.
An employee's specific hours and/or days may vary depending on work load demands, individual jobs, and personal needs. However, ACT employees must receive prior approval from their supervisor for any variation and must notify the Access Centre Coordinator and other appropriate staff
