POLICY
MATERIALS DEVELOPMENT
Materials include information in the following formats: print, video, image and electronic.
All materials developed by employees and volunteers while assigned at the AIDS Committee of Toronto (ACT) are the sole property of ACT. Materials developed for ACT by individuals no longer employed at ACT may not be used without the express written permission of ACT.
If materials are developed in a partnership arrangement (that is outside of the employment contract or with external agencies), a written contract is required before developing the materials. The contract is to identify how the materials may be used, by which agencies it may be used, and permissions that may be required for future use of the material if applicable.
