POLICY
ESTABLISHMENT AND REVIEW OF SALARY GRIDS
The AIDS Committee of Toronto (ACT) has established salary grids for each job classification or position in the agency.
UNIONIZED EMPLOYEES
The Collective Agreement (Schedule A) contains agreed upon salary grids for unionized employees. These are reviewed at the time of negotiations.
Employees who transfer to positions which are on the same salary grid will not have their salary adjusted. Similarly, employees will not have their salary decreased if they take a position on a lower grid.

NON-UNIONIZED EMPLOYEES
Salary grids for non-unionized employees are reviewed at the time of the salary grid review for unionized employees.
