CLIENT ACCESS TO CLIENT INFORMATION


1. Clients have the right to know what personal information the AIDS Committee of Toronto (ACT) has received, collected, and maintained about them and to have access to such information except as listed in 2 below. Except for these restrictions, ACT makes every effort to provide full disclosure of all relevant information to clients.

2. ACT may restrict client access to client information:

a) when such information was received from a third party on the condition that it not be disclosed to the client, and

b) where required by law.
