Reproduction of ACT Brochures and Materials
The AIDS Committee of Toronto (ACT) allows not for profit, educational, or community based organizations to reprint or translate ACT materials free of charge provided:
1. The organization gives ACT a written description of the intended use and/or distribution of the materials.
2. Any changes, additions or alterations to the original text or graphics must be approved in advance by the Communications Coordinator in consultation with the appropriate staff.
3. The text line (revised and) reprinted with the permission of ACT, must appear either in the body of the organization's work next to ACT materials or on the title page verso, and must also include other appropriate credits to ACT's original author(s) and designer(s).
4. The organization must not sell the reprinted/reproduced material for profit and must not package it along with other material sold for profit. The organization, however, may charge fees to cover their production and shipping costs.
5. The organization must return (mail or facsimile) a signed letter acknowledging their acceptance of, and compliance with, the above conditions, along with any proposed changes to the Communications Coordinator.
The organization is requested to return a copy of their completed work for ACT's Library or files.
