ACT Intakes

Service Access Coordinators and information desk volunteers provide friendly support and assistance in directing individuals to staff, provide information and make referrals by phone, email and in person.

Whether you’re newly diagnosed with HIV, a long-term survivor, or you’re interested in getting a prescription for PEP or PrEP, we can help.

Our Service Access Coordinators are also able to meet with you individually to complete an agency intake and connect you to appropriate programs, both within ACT and at other agencies.

You can access them in person, by phone or by email:

  • information available by phone (416) 340-2437
  • ask a question by email ask@actoronto.org

An extensive list for a variety of external services are available and are updated regularly when possible.
