Duties | The Volunteer will: Assist the Systems Administrator in: User Support Hardware Maintenance and Repair New Workstation configuration User Training Learn Lotus | ||
Personal Qualities and Skills | Required Qualities & Skills: Computer literacy Windows XP, Vista, 7 (required) MS Office 2007 (required) Lotus Notes (desirable, but not required) User support qualities | ||
Training Requirements | Volunteer Core Skills Training, On-the-job Training with Supervisor and/or other Volunteers | ||
