Duties


The Volunteer will:
Assist the Systems Administrator in:
User Support
Hardware Maintenance and Repair
New Workstation configuration
User Training
Learn Lotus


Personal Qualities
and Skills


Required Qualities & Skills:
Computer literacy
Windows XP, Vista, 7 (required)
MS Office 2007 (required)
Lotus Notes (desirable, but not required)
User support qualities

Volunteer Core Skills Training, On-the-job Training with Supervisor and/or other Volunteers
