The ACT Library welcomes the use of the HIV/AIDS Thesaurus by other individuals and organizations. The thesaurus is a tool for organizing and describing information in a uniform, controlled way, whether that information is the ACT Library collection or a collection or website belonging to another organization or person.

If you would like to use the thesaurus as it was developed by the ACT Library within your organization or for personal projects, no prior permission is needed. The ACT Library is interested in uses of the thesaurus outside our library and would appreciate notification of your use at library@actoronto.org.

If you are intending to modify the thesaurus for your own use, please see below for copyright.
