Embrace You – A Body Image Support Group for Women

You are more than a number, a mirror, or a size. Join a safe, supportive space where we talk openly about body image, self-worth, and healing.

Weekly open group sessions in a judgement-free zone. Guided self-reflection & mindfulness activities to build self-compassion & body confidence. Led by a licensed therapist.

The group will run for 5 weeks and each week will be a different topic.

  • June 3rd: body image and aging, menopause, finding ourselves
  • June 10th: positive self talk, positive affirmations and finding a support network
  • June 17th: understanding the impact of the media and society (racism/sexism ext.)  on our self esteem
  • Junes 24th: boundaries, relationships and self-esteem
  • July 8th: reclaiming our body, reclaiming out sexuality, self compassion.
