Yoga and Meditation Group
Starting November 14, we’re hosting a free 4-week group that combines yoga and meditation every Tuesday from 12:30-2 p.m. at ACT. We’ll have a licensed instructor to lead the group, and we’re inviting all gay, bisexual, queer, and trans men to join us. Non-binary individuals who feel comfortable in such a space are also welcome!
