Are you ready to make a change regarding your substance use?

SPUNK! is a 6-week closed support group that helps cis and trans gay, bi & queer guys ages 18+ make positive changes regarding their substance use, using Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness.

The group focuses on the individual goals of the participants and we explore the substance use from a non-judgmental point of view, and how it impacts sexuality and daily living.

We provide tools for personal development and provide referrals to services once the group is over.
